This year’s holiday party was better than ever.  Great crowd.  Get this many wonderful people together and everyone has a good time.

We were lucky enough to attend the US Commodities party at this year’s American Royal Barbecue. Thank you Ross for throwing such a great party! And thank you John for the R-I-B-S!

This year’s Westwood View Elementary School Educational Enhancement Fund fundraiser was a BBQ theme.
On the menu:

27 pounds of pulled pork (weight before smoking)
6 whole smoked chickens
7 racks baby back ribs (thanks Tom Mulligan!)
4 pounds various sausages
Beans, potato salad, coleslaw, corn, fruit, etc…

At the bar:

5 Cases Michelob Ultra
2 Cases Red Stripe
2 Cases Fat Tire
4 Bottles Chateau [...]
