American Royal Barbecue 2008

Potato Salad

I really don’t like potato salad… except for this recipe (again from my mom) which I love.
Sour Cream Potato Salad
(Makes 6 servings)
 
Ingredients:

6 cups diced, cooked potatoes*
1/4 cup chopped green onions and tops
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 hard cooked eggs

Dressing

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup vinegar

Mary’s Beans

This is a ridiculously good baked bean recipe that my mom (Mary) gave to me.
Mary’s Beans
(makes 6 servings)
